At GreenScapes Garden Center we have a sincere interest in your horticulture success. We offer only the highest quality plants for sale. Our trained personnel conscientiously nurture and inspect all plant material while they are in the garden center. Upon your purchase, we pledge to give you as much information as you may want regarding the proper care of your plant.

A plant is a living organism that has its own specific needs, just like humans do. Location, proper soil, water, light and fertilizing are all factors in your plants success. We cannot control these variables after a plant leaves GreenScapes Garden Center. It is up to you to provide your plant with the conditions it needs to be healthy and beautiful.

• If a plant leaves the garden center and is lost due to improper planting, neglect, extreme weather, or animal damage, it is your responsibility. While we share your disappointment, we cannot share your loss.
• If a plant leaves the garden center and is planted properly and receives the proper care it needs and does not grow, then it is our responsibility and we will replace the lost plant with one of the original price paid. GreenScapes will not be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally paid at the time of purchase. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.
• GreenScapes Garden Center provides a one-year (from date of purchase) warranty on properly planted shrubs and trees with the original receipt.
• The one-year warranty excludes annuals, perennials, roses, trees and shrubs planted in pots or containers.
• Clearance, or “Orphanage” plant material is guaranteed for 60 days from the date of purchase.
• The 60-day warranty excludes annuals, perennials, roses, trees and shrubs planted into pots or containers.
• We ask that you bring the original receipt and the plant back to try to determine why the plant was lost and to help you in finding a replacement.
• Once a plant is replaced, there is not a warranty on the new plant. When we are helping you to pick out a replacement plant, we strive to assist you in choosing a better plant for your area, or show you some better planting and maintenance techniques to you are more successful the next time around.
• There is no warranty on plants purchased at Wholesale pricing to our Landscape Contractor customers.
